In this episode, we talk about our sexual wounds growing up. We both share our experiences in our search for healing and learning to be happy on our own. Of course, this was followed by a conversation about enlightenment, what we think defines it and if we even think it's possible. This took us to what makes a good conversation, coaching as a spiritual practice and how it is truly an art to be fully present with each other and have meaningful conversations.
